Welcome to 5th Grade!


The year is progressing nicely.  The students have settled in and we all are adjusting to fifth grade and the new curriculum. It seems that this year is going by so quickly.  Christmas is just around the corner!

I will try to update the information on this site as often as possible......in spite of a very busy schedule! Major assignments, general information regarding the classroom, upcoming events will be available for your viewing pleasure! Please visit the site often to stay current and be aware of the activity in the classroom.  

My family consists of three sons and a dog named Cashew.  Jacob and Nathan are twins who are turning 22 and Matt is 19.  They all work hard and attend school.   

I have always wanted to teach.  I attended Carroll University and graduated with a degree in Education and am certified to teach kindergarten through eighth grade.  I minored in English and Psychology.  I have taught in Germantown, Houston, Menomonee Falls and finally Richfield.  I have been here for fourteen years and have taught in various grades in the school.  Fifth grade has turned out to be my favorite!
